Early Birds & StayLates

'Early Birds' runs from from 8.00am to 8.40am.
'After School Club' (or StayLates) runs from 3.30pm to 6.00pm.
A Holiday Club is organised during each school holiday from 8.00am to 6.00pm.
Details of each of these facilities is available from the school Office.

 

Parking

Parking, for the dropping off and collection of children, is available in the main playground from 8.00am to 9.15am. The gate will be locked from 9.15a.m. - 3.00 p.m. Parking is also available in Cavendish Road.

Parking is not allowed in the staff car park in order to keep this a safe area.

 Curriculum
The school's curriculum is harmonised with the National Curriculum where appropriate. The curriculum is based on the The following subjects are followed by all pupils in the Junior Department (Key Stage 2) :
English Maths Science
French (from Year 3) ICT History
Geography RE Music
Spanish (from Year 6) Art Swimming
PE    

The following subjects are followed by all pupils in the Senior Department (Key Stage 3) :
English Maths Science (Bio/Chem/Phys)
French Spanish Geography
History ICT Music
PE Art DT
PHSE RE  

The following subjects may be followed by all pupils to GCSE level :

Geography PE ICT
Art Spanish Food Technology
Child Development    

Our Additional Support Unit is available for those Junior & Senior pupils who experience learning difficulties.
