I am very pleased to welcome you to Culcheth Hall through this website.
We are proud of our school which for more than 100 years has maintained an enviable reputation for academic excellence within its caring community.
We feel the educational experience that Culcheth Hall offers is unique.
We understand that choosing a school is one of the most important decisions you take on behalf of your child and that
this web site can only give a glimpse of the real life of the school.
I therefore extend a warm invitation to you and your child to visit us.
We would be delighted to welcome you at any time so that you can appreciate for yourself our friendly and stimulating environment.
Our most recent set of statistics are, without doubt,
up to the high standard we have come to expect of the girls in the school -
  • 100% Pass rate in 5 - A* to C - GCSE grades.
  • In the top 5% of all schools in England for Value Added from Key Stage 2 to GCSE.
  • In the top 50 independent schools in the United Kingdom as published in the Independent on Sunday 3 September 2006.
  • Consistent pass rate for Trafford 11 Plus examinations.
In 2005 the school was inspected by a team from the Independent Schools Inspectorate and a copy of the report can be viewed via this link.
We are proud to share this excellent report, on the school, with you.

I look forward to meeting you when you come to the school.

Miss M. Stockwell BSc(Hons)
