Pupils are organised into year groups with a maximum of 20 pupils in a class, enabling the individual progress of each
pupil to be closely monitored.
We motivate pupils and encourage all pupils to
achieve their full potential and recognise and reward their success. Work is
displayed prominently around the School and awards and certificates are
frequently presented for a wide range of achievements.
All pupils are taught by general and specialist
subject teachers. This close and frequent contact with various members of
staff from an early age encourages self-confidence and independence and
enhances the community ethos of the School.
All pupils join one of four
Houses -George's, David's, Andrew's and Patrick's- who have regular inter-house
competitions and activities.
Culcheth Hall operates a prefect system in the
Senior Department. House Captains and Prefects are elected by Senior Girls
and Staff. Their leadership helps to maintain a high standard of integrity
throughout the school. |
